On this first day, the prosecution asked for the defendents to be placed under house arrest, where they - ah failed! So happy with that. Earlier last week, the defendents also won against an injunction against them that prevented them from stating that an ASIO officer was involved in their arrest - who would have thought!
So day 1 - 2/2 to defendents
